By accessing or using BizSpeak ("the Service"), operated at bizspeak.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BizSpeak is a business English conversation training application that provides daily conversation content, voice practice with AI-powered speech evaluation, and language learning tools.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free features are available without payment.
• VIP subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account with others or create multiple free accounts
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell content from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through BizSpeak, including conversations, audio recordings, translations, and evaluation algorithms, is owned by BizSpeak or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without written permission.

7. Voice Data

When you use voice practice features, your audio recordings are processed for speech evaluation purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how voice data is handled.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BizSpeak does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific learning objectives.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
