Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with BizSpeak. If our VIP subscription doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no cost and requires no refund. You can use it indefinitely at no charge.
VIP Subscription Refunds
Within 7 days of first purchase
If you are not satisfied with your VIP subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
After 7 days
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period. However, we review each request on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Prolonged service outages that prevented you from using the Service
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Significant feature changes that materially reduce the value of the subscription
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@bizspeak.app with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain VIP access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
